Cookery Courses with Lottie's

Over the last few months, we've all spent a lot of time at home, and I've been inspired by how many people have used this experience in a positive way. Baking proved very popular in lockdown as people focussed on baking their own bread and creating sweet treats to keep spirits up.

At Lottie's Kitchen we love creating baked goods, and offering families a special treat when they most need one. We enjoy the feeling that good food mixed with good company can create - it's infectious, and it certainly lifted our own sprits during lock-down.

Our cookery classes are designed to bring exactly this type of feeling into our kitchen. We offer bespoke cookery classes for small groups of friends and family, or as an activity to mark a special occasion, providing the opportunity for people to come and visit Lottie's Kitchen on site and learn some of our most precious baking secrets.

We can tailor our cookery classes to many different themes depending on our clients and what they want to get out of the session. One of the most popular classes we offer is bread-making - a basic life skill that should be prevalent in every home - you really can't beat the smell of freshly cooked bread!

Our dinner party course provides you with skills and tips on how to pull off the perfect evening. It can be the smallest of touches that makes all the difference when entertaining, and with the right ingredients and Lottie's unique touch, we can help you really wow your guests. We also offer vegan cookery classes, where we'll show you a few easy ways to produce more plant based dishes that are both healthy and tasty.

Choose our Best of British cooking classes to sample and cook with a range of delicious seasonal produce, or you can opt for our Feeding the Family classes to gain some top tips on getting organised, budgeting and time saving while still enjoying delicious home-cooked food.

Our kid's cooking courses are perfect for a small children's party where we can teach and supervise cookie making and decorating, and tie into themes such as Halloween, Christmas, Easter and more. All of our products come ready-made or ready weighed out, to minimise time and ensure we keep the children fully entertained.

To book one of our classes, simply visit our website and fill out a booking form detailing your requirements. We're happy to cater to any bespoke requests, so if it's a special occasion, a birthday or a hen do, we can create the right theme and ambience to keep everyone thoroughly entertained.

If you want to purchase a class for a friend or loved one, we also offer Lottie's Cookery Vouchers which can be purchased directly from our website. These can be used to purchase weekend
take-away food, fresh baked bread, edible gifts by post or one of our bespoke cookery classes.

Lottie's Kitchen grew from a partnership between myself and my daughter, Lottie, and since the beginning we've tried to keep the concept of family living at the heart of everything we do.
