Delivery & Returns

Lottie’s with Love edible gifts are freshly baked to order and we do everything we can to ensure they arrive with you quickly and in tip top condition. We therefore send all our goods by next day courier service to ensure they arrive as fresh as possible.

Our baked goods keep better in an airtight container, but we still recommend consumption within a maximum of one week. Christmas cakes have a best before date of 28th February 2021.

We try to ship all orders received before 6pm, the following day before 12 noon, via Hermes 24 hours tracked delivery. Your order therefore should be with you in 1-3 days. Due to COVID-19 and the busy festive period deliveries may currently take slightly longer, so please allow extra time for your delivery if you have an important date to meet.

The last date for Christmas ordering is Monday 21st December.

Please note that 99% of products are delivered on time but we cannot guarantee delivery dates so cannot offer refunds in the event products arrive later than requested.

We recommend you choose a safe place for delivery in the comments box when ordering. If a safe place is not indicated but there is somewhere deemed by the Hermes Driver as safe to leave your package, it will be left there even if there is someone in the property.

Due to COVID-19 signatures are not required, the driver will take a photo of the package in its safe place, which can be viewed in the tracking information.
